Our floor systems are made on-site using clay-based concrete applied in different thicknesses based on the function required:

as a substrate (in thicknesses of 15-20 cm.), To create systems with high mass and thermal inertia;

as a base screed (with a minimum thickness of 5-6 cm.);

as a covering screed for any radiating air conditioning system.
Continuous natural surfaces that will make you want to walk barefoot on their surface, to rediscover a relationship with an element that is as important to us as the earth.
The compacted screed is protected with natural oils that can be pigmented to obtain surfaces with the nuances of the earth. In this way, the screed can be left directly exposed and free from flooring or be covered with different materials such as wood.
The Terracruda screed s designed as a substrate (in thicknesses of 15-20 cm.) to build systems with high mass and thermal inertia; it can act as a base screed (with a minimum thickness of 5-6 cm.) or as a covering screed for the radiating air conditioning system.
The base screed can be compacted directly and finished with natural pigmented oils, without the need to apply other finishes.
