In a suburban neighbourhood of the city of Bra, a passive house was built with the use of innovative technologies. The building envelope was designed with thatch and brick infill in raw earth, while the internal plasters were made entirely of clay. Through Terracruda Construction Systems and Wall Systems it was possible to build a house with high energy efficiency and high internal comfort.
